the room is exactly like the picture, very clean, and has good facilities. i loved how the hotel contacted me prior to my arrival and welcomed me at the hotel. the location is good. it is just outside of the hustle and bustle however about a 10/15 min walk to most things.

the fridge didn't work, and i couldn't use the bath. this was due to low water pressure. the temperature was not hot enough either. the pillows had a stale smell so i sprayed perfume on them.

the hotel is in a residential area, so it is very quiet. there are lots of great authentic restaurants nearby. it is only a 20 minute walk to the trevi fountain, really convenient.

the location was amazing. it was a short, sweet walk to most of the attractions i wanted to see. the bed was wonderfully comfy. i also appreciated the coffee, tea and biscuits provided in the room.

it wasn't clear to me beforehand that it was a guesthouse. the photos didn't quite capture the finishings. the lack of ventilation led to some mold.

the building is on a quiet street. the location was within walking distance of many attractions. the room had air conditioning (a very important feature).

the fridge in the room did not work. the water pressure in the bath was too low (i wanted a hot bath). the pillows had a stale smell, so i used perfume.
